Jordanian analyst: Israel fabricates Iranian nuclear threat to distract world

Jordanian analyst Ibrahim Qbilat argues that Israel’s claims about an Iranian nuclear threat are a diversion tactic to shift focus from its crimes against Arabs. He highlights Israel’s strategy of fragmenting the Arab world, accuses the U.S. of complicity, and stresses that Arab unity is essential in confronting Israeli expansionism.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Jordanian analyst Ibrahim Qbilat has dismissed the Zionist regime’s claims about the "Iranian nuclear threat" as a fabricated illusion designed to divert global attention from its crimes against Arabs.

Qbilat argued in an article published in Jordan's Al-Nissan newspaper that Israel manufactures imaginary enemies, such as Iran, to weaken regional powers and maintain its dominance.

He interpreted statements made by Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich regarding the necessity of dividing Syria to end the war in Gaza as further proof of Israel’s colonial strategy aimed at fragmenting the Arab world.

Qbilat elaborated that Israel keeps Syria in a state of conflict under the guise of "supporting the Druze," preventing national unity. In Gaza, he asserted, the displacement of Palestinians is not merely an act of revenge against Hamas but a broader attempt to erase resistance.

The analyst also accused the United States of complicity in these actions, stating that Israel weakens Arab nations by fueling economic crises and internal disputes.

Qbilat emphasized that Arab unity is the greatest threat to Israel, arguing that confronting the regime requires awareness of its tactics and a concerted effort to rebuild unity rather than engaging in internal conflicts.
